The Be a Goddess Workout creates, with intent and purpose, a strong, flexible body which moves with balance and grace and enhances the aesthetic of the female form. The class is a low impact, flowing aerobic workout, with level and direction changes, slides and turns, and weights that incorporate all muscle groups. The class also includes resistance training with weights, bands, and your own body, while moving to inspiring music with a beat! Enjoy a floor and barre stretch with a short, relaxing meditation.The level is intermediate, but the moves are appropriate for most fitness levels. Wear dance/fitness clother and bring a mat.
